Orders are shipped 1-5 days after being placed. If orders were made during a sale, please allow as least 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped due to high sale volumes. Once the payment is processed and the order is fulfilled and shipped, a shipment confirmation will automatically be sent to your email which includes tracking information.
Note: Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.

You can click the "Track Order" tab in the main menu. Once the order is shipped out and a confirmation email is sent, it is no longer our responsibility with where the package is located. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and make arrangements for delivery. Eleven Eight is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We do not reimburse orders stating that it was delivered. If you didn't receive your package and it says delivered, you will need to contact USPS Customer Service so they can conduct a thorough investigation.

You can change your address if you have not received a confirmation that your order has shipped. Once your order is shipped, no changes can be made. You would have to reach out to the carrier to make the change.

After processing time, we estimate your order will be delivered to you within 2-4 days. We recommend you to check your package status using the tracking number that was received after placing your order.

After being shipped out, Eleven Eight is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend you to reach out to the carrier to further investiage your delivery status. Please note that it may take up to 1-2 business days for tracking status to be updated.
